Bathild “June” Covington, PhD, MA

Dr. June Covington is a professional specializing in organizational change with more than 30 years of industry experience and more than 14 years as a college instructor teaching communication and business courses. She has worked on change initiative programs for clients such as Intel, Allied Domecq Wine and Spirits, Inc., Wyndham International, Inc., and Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Inc. June currently teaches community college courses in business communications and undergraduate and graduate courses in business management.

June earned her doctoral degree in Organization and Management, with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University, a MA in Business Communications and a BA in Business Management from Prescott College, Arizona. Her current research interests include exploring business topics through the lens of literature. Her personal interests include spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with her two dogs, two cats, and pet emu.
